Thanks to keeping our stock on-site, we can offer fast shipping across Europe. Plus, personal pickup at our central store is available almost immediately.
We deliver not only within the Czech Republic, but you can also have our products shipped to Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Germany, and Ireland. We are working on delivery to other countries.

Payment Methods
💵 Cash on Delivery (+ 40 CZK / ~ 1.60 €)
Payment in cash or by card directly to the courier. For international deliveries, the courier collects the equivalent in your local currency (EUR / PLN).
🏦 Bank Transfer (Free)
Payment in advance to our account. Payment details will be sent via email. Goods are reserved for 5 business days, after which the order is automatically cancelled.
💳 Card On-line (Free)
Immediate payment via a secured payment gateway. We also support Google Pay and Apple Pay.
📍 In Store (Free)
Payment in cash or by card upon personal pickup. You can inspect your order, modify it, or have balloons inflated right at the store.
Delivery Times and Availability
In our e-shop, you can only order items that we physically have in stock. Stock is updated every 60 minutes.
- Items IN STOCK: Shipped the same business day (for orders placed by 12:00).
- Delivery: Usually 1-3 business days.
- Personal Pickup: Possible immediately after order confirmation.
Reservation: Goods are reserved for 5 business days. If you need to extend this period, simply reply to the confirmation email.
