If you are using contact lenses for the first time, increase the wearing time gradually. Do not wear the lenses for more than 4 hours on the first day, the wearing time can be extended by 2 hours each day thereafter. Do not wear the lenses for more than 10 hours a day.
Handle the lenses only with clean, dry hands. When opening the packaging for the first time, always make sure that the lenses are undamaged and completely immersed in solution. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or the lenses have dried out.
It is essential to immerse the contact lenses in fresh contact lens solution for at least 4 hours before first use. Only then can the lenses be used according to the following instructions. Follow the following instructions exactly.
Insertion:
- Remove one lens from the packaging.
- Place the lens on the tip of the right index finger and make sure it is turned to the correct side.
- Lift the upper lid with the left index finger and simultaneously pull down the lower eyelid with the middle finger of the right hand.
- Now you can insert the lens into the eye.
- Repeat the above procedure (steps 1 to 4) for inserting the lens into the other eye.
Removal:
Look up and at the same time pull down the lower lid. Gently pinch the lower edge of the lens together with the thumb and index finger and remove the lens from the eye.

Always follow the instructions on the contact lens solution bottle. If you are unsure whether the lenses are damaged, consult your eye doctor before wearing them.
