Thanks to the fact that we keep the goods in stock, we can offer fast shipping throughout Europe. In addition, personal collection at our central store is almost immediate.
We deliver not only in the Czech Republic, but you can also send our products to Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Germany, Ireland, and we are working on delivering to other countries.

Payment options
COD - 40 CZK
Cash on delivery is a payment in cash or by card upon receipt of the parcel from the delivery person or at a ParcelShop and Box branch. It is the simplest, safest and fastest method of payment.
BY BANK TRANSFER - free of charge
You pay for the goods in advance by bank transfer from your account to ours. If you choose this payment method, we will automatically send you the necessary details for the money transfer by email. Please note that the goods are reserved for 5 working days, after which they will automatically be released for further sale. After this date, we do not guarantee the completeness of the order.
BY CARD online - free of charge
You will pay for the goods immediately after completing your purchase in the e-shop using your payment card. The card must be allowed for online transactions.
We also support GooglePay and ApplePay payments.
CASH AND CARD AT THE BALONKYPRAHA.CZ STORE IN PRAGUE - free
You can pay for the goods in cash or by card upon collection at our store. If you want to modify, reduce or expand your order, it is no problem for our employees. We also inflate balloons at the store. Please note that the goods are reserved for 5 working days, after which they are automatically released for further sale. After this date, we do not guarantee the completeness of the order.
Delivery times
In our e-shop you can only order goods that we have in stock, which guarantees immediate availability. The stock is updated every 60 minutes and if someone beats you to the last piece, our warehouse will let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative.
Availability of goods IN STOCK - we ship the goods the same working day by 12:00 (Delivery is then 1 - 3 working days depending on the selected carrier, personal pickup is possible immediately.)
- from ordering (when paying on delivery or online by card)
- from the moment the money is credited to our bank account (when paying by bank transfer)
Availability of goods NOT IN STOCK - the goods cannot be ordered, but you can inquire about its availability with our staff and possibly block it. Registered customers can also activate the watchdog and immediately after stocking, we will automatically inform them that the product is already available.
Goods reservation
The goods are reserved for 5 working days from the time of ordering, after which we do not guarantee the completeness of the order. If you need to reserve the goods for a longer period, simply reply to the confirmation email and tell us the date by which you want to reserve the order in the store or for shipment.
