Thanks to the fact that we keep the goods in stock and are not "resellers", we can offer fast shipping throughout Europe. In addition, personal collection at our central store is almost immediate.
We deliver not only in the Czech Republic, but you can also send our products to Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Germany, Ireland, and we are working on shipping to other countries.

Payment options
COD - 40 CZK
Cash on delivery is a cash payment upon receipt of the shipment from the delivery person or at the ParcelShop branch. This is the easiest and fastest method of payment.
BY BANK TRANSFER - free
You pay for the goods in advance by bank transfer from your account to ours. If you choose this payment method, we will automatically send you the necessary details for the money transfer by email. Please note that the goods are reserved for 5 working days, after which they will automatically be released for further sale. After this date, we do not guarantee the completeness of the order.
BY CARD online - free
You pay for the goods immediately after completing the purchase in the e-shop using your payment card. The card must have internet transactions enabled.
CASH AND CARD AT THE BALONKYPRAHA.CZ STORE IN PRAGUE - free
You pay for the goods in cash or by card upon collection at our store. If you want to modify, reduce or expand your order, it is no problem for our employees. We also inflate balloons at the store balloons. Please note, the goods are reserved for 5 working days, after which they will be automatically released for further sale. After this date, we do not guarantee the completeness of the order.
Delivery times
In our e-shop you can only order goods that we have in stock, thus we guarantee immediate availability. The stock is updated every 60 minutes and if someone beats you to the last piece, our warehouse will let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative.
Availability of goods IN STOCK - we ship the goods the same working day by 12:00 (Delivery is then 1 - 3 working days depending on the carrier, personal collection is possible immediately.)
- from ordering (when paying by cash on delivery or online by card)
- from crediting the money to our bank account (when paying by bank transfer)
Availability of goods ON REQUEST - the goods cannot be ordered, but you can inquire about their availability with our staff and possibly order them block.
Reservation of goods
The goods are reserved for 5 working days from the time of ordering, after which we do not guarantee the completeness of the order. If you need to reserve the goods for a longer period, simply reply to the confirmation email and tell us the date by which you want to reserve the order in the store or for shipping.
