Overview

A mini foil balloon in the shape of a cute otter's head will delight every child. It is perfect as a nice gift or themed decoration for a children's party, carnival or baby shower. The balloon is intended for inflating with air only and must be sealed after inflating because it does not have a self-closing valve. Thanks to the hole, it can be attached to a plastic rod with a stopper (not included). It is not filled with helium and does not fly. Supplied loose, without packaging.
