Break the handle, shake it and suddenly there's a glow stick! Perfect fun and a great experience for an evening party. 

These are F1 pyrotechnics, which means they pose very low danger and negligible noise levels and are intended for use in interiors. 

Instructions for use:

We direct the fountain upwards with the end facing up with thin paper on the surface. Do not place near burning candles! We stick the fountain into the cake or place it in a small glass, or otherwise stabilize it. We burn through the top paper wrapper.
