These are F1 pyrotechnics, which means that they pose a very low risk and negligible noise levels and are intended for use in interiors. 

Instructions for use:

Direct the fountain upwards with the end facing up with thin paper on the surface. Do not place near burning candles! Stick the fountain into the cake or place it in a small glass, or otherwise stabilize it. We burn through the top paper wrapper.
